Live an unforgettable experience in the middle of the jungle!

We’ll take you to discover a nature sanctuary near Tulum. Here you’ll visit four different cenotes, fly on a zip line, paddle a native canoe, meet an authentic Maya community and spend a day in full connection with nature.

Your visit includes a delicious local meal prepared by the members of the Maya community of Tankah Park.

  • Round trip transportation with A/C from the meeting point or your hotel lobby.
  • Bilingual guide (English/Spanish)
  • Entrance to Tankah Park: zip lines, use of canoes, access to cenotes.
  • Regional buffet style food, with fresh water included.

  • Pick-up time is between 7:00 AM and 8:20 AM depending on the hotel. Please send us a Whatsapp message with the details of your tour and hotel to confirm the exact time.
  • The use of masks is mandatory.
  • The schedules and duration of the tour may vary, depending on the weather and other situations beyond our control.
  • Babies from 0 to 3 years old will travel on their parents’ lap, unless they reserve a seat for a fixed fee (35 USD).
  • In order to provide the service that all our passengers deserve, only 5 minutes of tolerance will be granted in each pick-up.
  • The tax for the use of video cameras at the archaeological site (45 MXN) is not included.

Wheelchair travelers:

  • The use of a wide wheelchair is recommended for touring the archaeological site.
  • We suggest that you travel accompanied by a family member or friend. If you are traveling alone, you must be able to move by your own strength.

Tips

  • Don’t forget your bathing suit and towel for swimming in the cenotes.
  • Opt for light clothing, sandals, hat and sunglasses.
  • Two basics for a better experience: biodegradable sunscreen and repellent.
  • Consider bringing cash for souvenirs and other personal expenses.
  • Make sure your cell phone has enough battery and memory for photos (or you can even bring an underwater camera for use in the cenotes!)
  • Plan to be at least 5 minutes before pick-up time at the lobby entrance.
