We’ll pick you up right at your hotel, where you’ll board one of our comfortable sightseeing buses and head to this wonder of the modern world.

Upon arrival, our expert guides will take you on a tour of the most important pyramids and temples of Chichén Itza, and will explain interesting facts about the Maya culture and this amazing archaeological site. At lunch, you’ll enjoy a fantastic Mexican buffet to delight on authentic Yucatecan cuisine.

But that’s not all! After lunch we’ll visit a spectacular cenote, where you’ll have free time to swim and enjoy this unique natural treasure of Mexico. Before returning to Cancun, we’ll have a sight-seeing panoramic tour of Valladolid, the second most important city in Yucatan.

Pick-up time is between 7:00 AM and 8:45 AM depending on the hotel. Please send us a Whatsapp message with the details of your tour and hotel to confirm the exact time.
The use of masks is mandatory.
The rental of vests or lockers in the cenote generates additional cost.
The schedules and duration of the tour may vary, depending on the weather and other situations beyond our control.
Babies from 0 to 3 years old will travel on their parents’ lap, unless they reserve a seat for a fixed fee (35 USD).
In order to provide the service that all our passengers deserve, only 5 minutes of tolerance will be granted in each pick-up.
In order to respect the great cultural heritage of the site, it is not allowed to climb the main pyramid.
Access to the site is not allowed with backpacks; only with backpacks and bags the size of a personal item.

Wheelchair travelers:

The use of a wide wheelchair is recommended for touring the archaeological site.
We suggest that you travel accompanied by a family member or friend. If you are traveling alone, you must be able to move by your own strength.

Tips

Opt for light clothing, sandals, hat and sunglasses.
Don’t forget your bathing suit and towel for swimming in the cenotes.
Two basics for a better experience: biodegradable sunscreen and repellent.
Consider bringing cash for souvenirs and other personal expenses.
Make sure your cell phone has enough battery and memory for photos (or you can even bring an underwater camera for use in the cenotes!)
Plan to be at least 5 minutes before pick-up time at the lobby entrance.
